36 | Lights Out! 5 Evening Routines Successful People Have that Lead to a Good Morning

Ever wondered why some mornings feel like a breeze while others are a scramble? The secret might just lie in how you END your day.   There are 5 evening routines that can help anyone set the stage for a successful tomorrow.  They are simple and really make a huge difference for the next day.

 

With a little attention and focus, let's prioritize our evening routines for better sleep, reduced stress, and overall self-care.  Plus - learn what "tucking your house in" or "putting your house to bed" means and what little treat is a great way to start to wind down.

 

The bookends of a day are critical so we will begin with the END in mind.
