52 | Rise and Shine. 8 Habits to Maximize your Morning Routine

☕☀️Is your coffee as strong as your morning routine?  It's time to talk about the first bookend of a successful day.  Whether you prefer a routine or a rhythm or a schedule, having some consistent habits each day can be the difference in how the rest of your day goes.  

 

It's also important to think about what you're LOSING when you don't kick start your morning with purpose and intention.  Talk about a true wake-up call.   And if someone were to watch how you begin your day, how would they describe you or what would they believe your priorities are?

 

It's time to really hone in on some daily simple habits that make a huge impact on how you can handle what comes next.  From a spiritual component to some physical movement and the ever popular habit stacking (find out what you can do while making your bed!) -- there's no reason you can't start your day ready to conquer the world -- or at least the school drop-off or commute or your first client meeting.
