Enter Pamela Bolado.  A WONDER WOMAN who is climbing mountains, facing fears, breaking records, conquering the status quo and making a difference for others. One step at a time.  Oh AND she's a Guinness World Record Holder on top of it.    
 
Beyond setting a world record, Pamela was on a much bigger mission.  A MISSION WONDER WOMEN (the name of her non-profit).  Her drive was fueled by every step -- 89,000 of them -- representing a survivor of trauma. She knows herself how to not be defined by her challenges and struggles but to achieve and rise because of them.
 
What does it mean to truly live life to the fullest? For Pamela it's not just about dreaming big, but chasing those dreams with every ounce of energy. Grab your trash bags.   Take a deep breath.  It's time to PURGE and it's time to clear out some clutter -- and I'm not just talking about the junk drawer or the pantry.  We are taking a seasonal shift to do some serious Spring Cleaning.  Don't worry though.  We are going to start small.  If you can give 20 minutes a day (which you CAN) then you're ready to clean sweep some spaces and reset your emotions and energy.

Happy Easter Weekend, friends! There is nothing better than supporting someone else in their calling and big adventure!  Cherisse Hixson aka my "Little SIS" just launched her very own Podcast: Rhythms that Restore Podcast.
Have you ever felt brought to your knees?  Have you ever felt that anxiety and overwhelm are winning?  For Cherisse it was right in the middle of that mess and in those pivotal moments that her true path emerged. It was a true a crossroads; it was a call to slow down, to heal, and to rebuild. The journey was raw and real and she's ready to share.

Call it ESP - but chances are if you're a mom -- or a woman -- or a human, you get an automatic ticket to Guilt-Ville.   What if we take that ESP and turn it into THREE solutions to be the world's okay-ist mom (or woman or human) 😂  No really.  how about being a mom (woman/human) who understands EXPECTATIONS... SYSTEMS.. AND has PERSPECTIVE.  
Mommy-ing ain't easy as they say.  At any stage.  (Although those with three-nagers would beg to differ!)  And some of the release of the burden is also just taking a deep breath and knowing that you're not perfect, your kids aren't perfect and that is absolutely a-ok.   With all of that, these THREE solutions are designed to help hold your hand and get your chin up and support you in this wild adventure.
And don't stop before the end and a completely new way at looking at the Proverbs 31 woman. It's NOT a checklist.  It's a blessing. It's an 'eshet chayil" (yes, you will learn how to pronounce that AND what the Southern translation of that means).

MY MOM, Kate DeBlander, shares what she's grateful for, what she would do differently, and how perspective has shifted things like perfectionism and comparison.  The simple truths are usually the most overlooked and it's time to embrace what those who go before us can teach us.

🥳We did it!  40 and FABULOUS!  Welcome to our FORTIETH Episode.  What have you enjoyed or learned from our first batch of time management offerings?  Are you right on track?  Dazed and confused?  Somewhere in between?

First of all - how typical of Dawn to totally take over the beginning of the episode - AND how typical of both of us to think this is episode 40 when in fact, it is episode 39.  Sigh.  But that's why you're going to love hearing what happens when you get the two of us together - unscripted. We can definitely laugh with and at each other and you can certainly find us LAUGHING THROUGH THE UGLY CRY (shameless plug for Dawn's first best-selling book!)
 
In fact, there's something powerfully resilient about finding joy amidst life's valleys.  One of the things I admire and respect about Dawn is how she shares that holding grief and joy simultaneously has been a profound journey for her. It's a poignant reminder of the sacred balance we all strive for. 
 
So no matter the season of life you're in, especially if you're feeling that MID-LIFE BATTLE CRY (another shameless plug for Dawn's second best-seller!) then you're going to relate at how to get through the tough stuff with a lot of perspective and definitely some smiles when it's said and done.

Ever wondered why some mornings feel like a breeze while others are a scramble? The secret might just lie in how you END your day.   There are 5 evening routines that can help anyone set the stage for a successful tomorrow.  They are simple and really make a huge difference for the next day.
 
With a little attention and focus, let's prioritize our evening routines for better sleep, reduced stress, and overall self-care.  Plus - learn what "tucking your house in" or "putting your house to bed" means and what little treat is a great way to start to wind down.
 
The bookends of a day are critical so we will begin with the END in mind.
